, I think the only other one that would be really good for him would be the little sister character but oh well. This one was one of the closer votes out of all of them next to the Mujo Kina poll. To be fair, the character is practically the one of the nicest characters in the game.

You encounter Finn as you want to join the sports club, knowing that it would allow you access to tons of different weapons. He serves as a kind of tutorial on how you might best kill people though he doesn't know it. He asks for you to hang out and play sports after class. He gives you so many different opportunities to kill him but if you aren't fast enough he usually catches you in the act just before you are able to press the key. If you do kill him, depending on how you treat him in front of others your reputation can either go up or down. 

I didn't really want to think about ways to kill Finn since he seems like the chillest person in the world but on the other hand think about how overwhelmingly guilt you feel as a player.
